Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage sourcing for categories in a region from New Supplier Identification, arranging RFQ and execution of awarded programs in timely manner.

Develop supplier database for new & potential suppliers.

Provide data and information to Sourcing Manager for supply base analysis.

Resolving Quality issues directly with assigned suppliers.

Develop and manage broad and deep supplier relationships with assigned suppliers to optimize financial and operational performance.

Negotiate with suppliers to achieve lowest total cost of procurement and various commercial terms and performance metrics.

Collects Market Intelligence data on Suppliers, Competition, Commodity Trends and Best practices.

Assist the development of junior staff members through the on-job training and coaching.

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Requirements:

Degree/Associate Degree/Diploma holder.

Minimum 7 years’ relevant working experience.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Hands-on computer knowledge in MS word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point & Chinese Word Processing.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and independent working style.

Eager to work in a team in order to achieve best results.

Demonstrate high sense of initiative, hardworking and responsibility.
